How long does a records request take?

Most providers respond within days; statutory targets vary from 5 to 10 working days and a few take longer. You see an expected turnaround before you submit, live per-provider progress afterwards, and we chase anyone who runs past their target automatically.

Is this a PAS 128 survey?

No — this is the desktop records stage (the essential first step). Outputs are PAS 128-aware desktop records (QL-D), georeferenced so the pack slots straight into a PAS 128 workflow or Precision Utility Mapping can quote the field survey too.

How long are the records valid?

Asset owners update their networks constantly. Gas plans are generally considered current for about 28 days and most other records for about 90 — your pack shows its age and we make a fresh request a one-click refresh.

What does it cost?

Some asset owners charge for their plans and some don’t; those pass-through charges plus the Precisio service fee are itemised on screen before you submit. No subscriptions, no minimums.

Where is my data held?

In the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit, with per-account isolation — you only ever see your own requests. See the privacy notice below for the full picture, including your rights and how to export or delete your data.
